MEETINGS

Meeting Schedule:

The schedule for the group meetings will be communicated on the website dashboard and/or email, there will be a few weeks off in the month-range for the entire course. Also, if the day of your regular meeting day corresponds with a major US holiday, that day and week will be off.​ You will still be able to meet for your total amount of group meetings without a problem, we will extend the group one extra meeting if that happens.

Meeting Format and Expectations:

We will be using Zoom for our live meetings. Since visual and audible interruptions on your screen impact other people's experience, we ask you to find a quiet room with good-quality internet connection. The facilitator of the meeting may mute or turn off your audio or video if it seems appropriate.

Scheduling Coaching Sessions

You will be responsible to schedule the sessions using our scheduling links by the date given in the instructions given in an email that will be sent out in an email after the first meeting. The individual naming meetings are not redeemable after the program ends or after the last group meeting. Please let us know if you don't receive an email for scheduling coaching sessions.(Please allow 15 minutes after registration and payment is made to receive the email.)

Coaches-in-Training

Design Discovery LLC will provide you with a coach that is trained in the Designology process. At times we will use a live session with a participant to train another coach. If we desire to train a coach, we will ask you ahead of time if it is okay for the coaching trainee to be involved, but there will always be a fully-trained coach on the meeting and you have the freedom to not have the trainee on your call.

CONTENT

Workbook & Flashcards

You will receive a workbook and set of flashcards at the address you provide upon checkout by the fourth meeting of the class, which is when you need them. We will cover all of the printing and shipping costs. If you live in the United States, it is realistic to receive your workbook and flashcards within 10 business days of payment. If you live outside of the United States, we cannot ship the workbook and flashcards to you as international shipping is too costly and historically has been too slow (most likely from Covid), so we will email you a copy of the PDF version of the workbook instead.

Recordings

Video and/or audio recordings of the live groups will be made available to you within 48 hrs of the live meeting date on the course dashboard.

Recordings for this course may be used by Design Discovery LLC for purposes outside of this group including training or to compile into other offerings. The facilitator will usually pause the video/audio recording during a meeting for group exercises that require personal information shared. If you would like the facilitator to eliminate a portion where you are sharing due to sensitive information being shared, that is always available. You can also always request the facilitator to pause the recording, during the meeting, for a portion of it, if you feel the content you will share is too sensitive.

You may not share, copy, or reproduce any of the content from this program (including video, visuals, spoken/audio, or written) including any downloadable digital files with anyone without our permission. It is solely meant for your personal use.

Individual User

This registration entitles one user(one person) to access and participate with the content (downloadable or live) and live or recorded meetings with the group. This means family, friends, or coworkers are not permitted to view the content under your license. Sharing your login information (username and password) with anyone is prohibited and will result in being removed from the course and removal from all content accessible on the dashboard.

Longevity of Access to Content

We will do our best to provide access to the digital content you can access to in this course including video, written, or visual content as long as we can. That said, the absolute minimum we guarantee you to have access to the course content is at least one year long.

Content Perspective

This process and community is intended to be an environment of encouragement and support. That said, the content in this course will be presented from a Christian worldview including some key beliefs below that may or may not align to your beliefs. You can still participate in the course if you don't agree with these beliefs, but just know this is the angle Tim Morris takes on the following topics, and usually most people in the group are likeminded on these topics–in light of that consider if that works for you. Any fighting, accusations, or name-calling is prohibited in the group over disagreements with any beliefs in the group. We seek to raise the bar to be compassionate, empathetic, patient, and kind with people who have different perspectives and we fully acknowledge that some of these beliefs are sensitive topics for some.

• The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ are historical events.
• Belief in the saving work of Jesus is the only way to an eternal relationship with God.
• The Bible is God's authoritative testimony to humanity and was and is still inspired by God through its human authors.
• The Holy Spirit is active today, performs miracles in and through people and often speaks to us in the form of impressions, thoughts in our own mind, desires through the redeemed heart, imagery in our mind's eye, through the wisdom of people around us, or through the Christian Scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament.
• Women can be in any position of leadership in the Church, including all of the APEST (apostle,prophet,evangelist,shepherd,teacher) gifts as named in Ephesians 4:11.
• The original design of human sexuality was and still is that males and females are physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally designed to complement each other, and marriage is intended for one woman to one man.

COMMUNITY

Community Trust

We will attempt to offer practices that foster a safe environment for vulnerability, courage, and boldness. We ask others to realize that many of the people in these groups are stepping out significantly in courage, so we ask everyone to be extra wise, patient, and kind in the usage of your words and the tone of their voice. If we see content that violates this in the community forum we have the right to remove you from the group forum(s).

Group Forum Moderation and Contribution

The moderators of the group forum are not guaranteed to be any one individual from the Design Discovery organization, though we will do our best to engage as much as we can online in the forum(s).

Scope of Group Forum Content

We do not allow content to be posted for the purposes of promotion or awareness to be posted in the forum. This could be a promotion for your offers, or another person's offer or material outside of you or your organization. That said, if you would like a resource to be shared with the entire community feel free to check with the moderator(s) first, and they will determine if it aligns to material that fits the values and beliefs of our organization, and if it is the right time to share it.

COMMITMENT

Exit Policy:

If for some reason you decide to stop attending the group and/or choose not to use the material, watch the recordings or schedule coaching meetings, you are still responsible to finish your payment plan, if you are on one.

Absence/Sickness Protocol (Participants or Facilitators/Coaches):

Recordings will be available in case you are sick or you can't make a meeting. In case the facilitator or your coach becomes sick and can't make a group or individual meeting the facilitator or coach will attempt to reschedule as soon as possible.

FINANCIAL

Payment Due:

As soon as you submit the agreement, you are responsible to make payment on the next page within 24 hours.

Payment Format:

Payment will be made using a major credit card or Paypal–however, you can only use Paypal on the one payment (full-payment) option.

Refunds:

Since this course has many working components including live meetings and a commitment to a cohort, there are no refunds offered.

Declined/Failed Initial Payment:

If for some reason your initial payment doesn't process or fails, you will not be given access to the course or live meetings until you are able to make a successful payment.

Declined/Failed Recurring Payments:

We ask you to do everything you can to make sure your credit card will not have failed payments. If for some reason, any future payment on a payment plan fails, you will be given two weeks to make payment or you will be removed from the program, as this costs considerable time to follow-up administratively to collect payment.

HELP

Customer Support:

If you are having issues with the website, scheduling coaching sessions, or anything else, we request that you use the help button first to send a support form through. We prefer this method over using the group forum for support.

PRIVACY

Confidentiality:

We ask that you never share private information about someone in the group with someone outside of the group. That said, the group meetings will be recorded and made available to others in the group presently or in the future, so you may want to keep that in mind, but you are free to share what you want about your life at your discretion in the meetings.

Coaching Certification-Related:

For coach credentialing purposes, your name and contact information, but not the content of anything you share in any of the individual or group meetings, may be given by the coach(es) that you have access to during the course to the International Coach Federation and other qualified organizations to keep their logs for their coaching hours current.

Website Cookies:

Our organization's website may use cookies to track website behavior to serve you best with content that is relevant to the course. This information occasionally may be used to suggest new offers.

PERSONAL IMPACT

Agreement to Results from the Course:

I understand that in order to give myself the best opportunity to see the result of increased clarity in my personal gifting, along with new engagement of my personal design, I need to participate in all of the components of the process, including performing all of the action steps, following instructions, showing up for meetings on time, and I need to watch, read, or listen to all content offered in the course, and contribute to the group whenever possible. That said, I do not hold this organization (Design Discovery LLC) liable for any lack of results. If I am having problems or confusion with any steps in the process, I have the freedom to reach out to the team for help, honoring the process offered first for support above.

Responsibility for My Well-Being:

As a participant of this course, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during any individual coaching meetings or group meetings calls, including my choices and decisions.

I understand that “coaching” is a Professional-Client relationship, and that any meetings with any coaches in this course that are designed to facilitate the creation/development of my personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

I understand that any coaching in an individual or group format is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

I understand that this program or coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. That this process, including individual or group coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. If someone in the group offers any form of healing prayer, we are not responsible for the results or impact on your well-being.

I promise that if I am currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that I have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach or group and that this person is aware of my decision to proceed with the course. I understand that information will be held as confidential unless I state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.

I understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
