2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?
In operating the Site, we collect personal information from you in a couple different situations. The first is if you should contact us via the “contact” page. In doing so, you will provide us with your name and email address. The second is if you leave a comment to a blog post during which you may be asked for a name and other information. You are not required to provide us with information via these two methods to use and enjoy the Site.
2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?
(a) AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.
(c) SPONSORS AND ADVERTISERS. We may decide to accept sponsorship and advertisements on the Site. Should this occur, you should assume said sponsors and advertisers will be given access to the impressions and click data on their marketing pieces. Your personally identifiable information will never be revealed to them by us.

In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

General Sign-up and Unsubscribe Information:
You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the button to unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails. Alternatively, you can submit a request through the contact form at (https://designdiscovery.com/contact) requesting you are unsubscribed at any time.
Please note that if you choose to opt out of our emails we may still need to send you notifications in regards to any products for any digital or physical products you have already purchased or purchase in the future from us.
We do not request your mailing address or phone number unless you have purchased a physical ticket for an event, or purchase a physical product that requires us to mail it to you.
Free Information Exchange:
First names and emails are requested for people who enter them in exchange for an informational product such as a test, free report, online course, or video access. or give us express permission for email notifications or our email newsletter, blog notifications, event announcements, or product updates.
Sales Process Tracking
We use your name and email to track your behavior on our website or your usage of the emails we send out from our company to see if you have visited specific pages, clicked specific links in the email or whether you have opened the emails. Based on this behavior we may send specific emails to serve you to the best of our ability with information that is relevant to you and or remove you from emails that are irrelevant or redundant based on your activity or purchase history.
Online Scheduling Application
If you sign up for a free or paid coaching meeting via our scheduling application, this information will be used to correspond with you, and may or may not be added to our email system to indicate that you signed up for a coaching meeting. Again, your email address will not be added for recording the coaching session, unless you have already given us express permission to store your email address and name. Right now we use Acuity Scheduling as our scheduling application.
Fivefold Gifting Test
In regards to the Fivefold Test, we store your responses to the tests for our purposes to know how many of each gifting have taken the test, but we do not store the email in this same database table so we don’t know who the people are that took the test.
If you have filled out a contact form the information including name, email address, phone numbers and information you provide is stored in the database to protect from it being lost in an email inbox that it has been notified. I can delete these at your request.
We have anonymized your data that we give to Google Analytics by using a plugin that does this for us.
