Designology Course – Live Cohort Agreement

Your Commitment: engage fully and honor the terms below.

1. Meetings

• Group calls – Dates posted on your course dashboard via a Google Sheet.
• Platform – Zoom. Please join from a quiet spot with a good internet connection to reduce distractions; the host may mute audio/video.
• Five 1:1 Naming Coaching Sessions – Includes five 1:1 sessions with a fully trained Designologist coach for one session each on Superpowers, Environment, People, Tools, and Fruit.
• Scheduling of Five 1:1 Naming Coaching Sessions – Schedule through the links we provide during the course; sessions must be fulfilled by the end of the course.
• Trained Coach – Design Discovery LLC will provide you with a coach that is trained in the Designology process for any provided 1-on-1 sessions.
• Coaches‑in‑Training – A trainee coach may facilitate your 1-on-1 sessions under observation and guidance from a trainer to make sure you experience full value; we’ll ask first and you can decline.

2. Program Materials

• Designology Workbook & Flashcards – Shipped free to US addresses within 30 days of the start date of the course (PDF only for non‑US).
• Recordings – Posted to your dashboard within two business days; may be reused for training or packaged into future offers.
• Keynote Slides (PDF) – Posted to your dashboard for you to download within two business days of previous meeting.
• Copyright – Content is for your personal use only—no sharing or reproduction.
• Access window – Guaranteed for at least one year.
• Single‑user license – Any content or access to any resources is meant for the registrant alone.

3. Christian Worldview

This community is meant to be a space of encouragement and support. The course content is shared from a Christian worldview, including some core beliefs (below) that may differ from your own. You're welcome to participate even if you don't share these views—just know this is the perspective of Tim Morris, the founder of Design Discovery LLC. Disrespectful behavior such as fighting, accusations, or name-calling isn't allowed and may result in removal from the group. We aim to engage with compassion, empathy, patience, and kindness, especially around sensitive subjects.

• The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ are historical events.
• Belief in the saving work of Jesus is the only way to an eternal relationship with God.
• The Bible is God's authoritative testimony to humanity and was and is still inspired by God through its human authors.
• The Holy Spirit is active today, performs miracles in and through people, and often speaks to us in the form of: impressions, thoughts in our own mind, desires through the redeemed heart, imagery in our mind's eye, the wisdom of people around us, and the Christian Scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament.
• Women can be in any position of leadership in the Church, including all of the APEST (apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, teacher) gifts as named in Ephesians 4:11.
• The original design of human sexuality was and still is that males and females are physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally designed to complement each other, and marriage is intended for one woman to one man.

4. Community Guidelines

• You will have access to an online forum to connect with other members during the week.
• We ask for you to be intentional to foster safety, kindness, and patience in all of your communication with community members in the forum and during live Zoom calls.

5. Commitment & Attendance

• Stopping participation does not cancel payment obligations.
• If you miss a session, you can watch the recording, please do everything possible to attend.
• If the facilitator or a coach is ill, sessions will be rescheduled.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payment (or First Payment) Due – Within 24 hours of signing this agreement.
• Payment method – Credit card (or PayPal for one‑time pay).
• Failed payments – Two‑week grace period, then removal from the group.
• Refunds – There are no refunds as we expect full commitment.

7. Workload/Amount of Time Involved

Designology is a robust course that requires your active effort to experience deep clarity. In addition to 2-hour weekly cohort meetings (there will be at least 1 week off) and five 1.5 hr 1:1 sessions which start near week six in the process, expect around 1 to 5+ hours of weekly assignments, depending on the week. This range can also depend on the person. The goal is cross-validating and specific clarity in your design, which takes focus and perseverance.

• 15 - 2 hr Group Meetings
• 1 to 5+ hrs of Weekly Outside Meeting Action Step Work (Depending on the Week)
• 5 - 1.5 hr 1:1 Naming Sessions with a Designologist Naming Coach (Starting near week six of the process.)

8. Support & Privacy

• Email tim@designdiscovery.com for support.
• Keep member stories confidential; recordings stay within the course.
• Your name/contact may be reported to certifying bodies for log purposes (not your shared content).
• The site uses cookies to enhance your experience.

9. Coaching & Personal Responsibility

• Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.
• You remain responsible for your physical, mental, financial, emotional, and spiritual decisions.
• Consult qualified professionals as needed.
