First, I like to have fun and go on grand adventures–what is the point of life it is ain’t a fun adventure!? See, ten years ago I set out on one of the wildest journeys I could imagine to build the most life-giving, practical and robust process on the planet to take people to new heights in clarity and empowerment in their God-gifted design. I now call that process “Designology”. I have met with hundreds of people in a professional coaching environment about their gifts over the last ten years. I bring a unique blend of formal theological training with an M.Div. from Denver Seminary, church planting experience, leadership in non-profits, churches, and have experience in the business, leadership coaching, and have been an ICF-certified life coach. I am fortunate that I have professionally coached and worked with people at all stages of the journey including senior pastors, church planters, CEO’s, Directors of Non-Profits, high-level military, stay-at-home moms and those just at the beginning of their journey of stepping into starting something brand new or having never been in a form of leadership before. Either way, I am all-in, if you are all-in!
